Upper Cowlitz - Cispus Habitat Strategy
The Lower Columbia Fish Recovery Board worked with community stakeholders to develop a habitat restoration and conservation strategy for the upper Cowlitz and Cispus watersheds in 2018 and 2019. This strategy supports near and long-term ESA-listed salmon and steelhead recovery needs.

Kiona Creek Area Design

A conceptual design for the Kiona Creek - Cowlitz River confluence area was developed to support implementation of the Habitat Strategy. This design is based on watershed process impairments identified for the Cowlitz River - Randle Landscape Unit as well as habitat actions 67, 68, 69, 71, 72, 73, and 74.
